2022 - Was our 30th Anniversary Year!

We are a friendly welcoming Bowls Club on the Ise Lodge Estate Kettering Northamptonshire.

Have you ever walked past looking over the fence of our club and thought "I'd like to have a go at that", well by all means give it a try with us. There is a welcome to anyone from the end of April 2023 Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (Times to be announced) You don't have to book ahead but it would be handy to know you are coming so, a quick phone call or text to 07305 818464 (Adrian) would be great or a private message on our Facebook Messenger is fine. No matter if it looks busy with players or almost empty, someone will be there to welcome you and if you don't already have your own bowls we have plenty you can borrow.

Cost? Free on your first two goes and then £2.00 (Under 18s £1) for the afternoon/evening thereafter. No particular dress code, just flat shoes.

As a Club we hold competitions between ourselves, take part in Kettering & District competitions and also have matches with other local clubs on some Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and all Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons throughout the summer season. Some 'at Home' others 'Away'. Twice a season on a Sunday we try to arrange a coach trip for a day out to somewhere 'special'. In the past we have been to Reading, Windsor, Stratford upon Avon, Hunstanton, Sheringham etc.
